The good: It can make phone calls. The bad: unreliableSummary: As previous reviewers stated, this looked like it would be the greatest phone/pda on earth and I was an enthusiastic owner when I first purchased it. The longer I owned it, the more I hated it. Sound quality with every brand of bluetooth headset was so bad I finally gave up using them.

The Microsoft operating system, surprise, does what all microsoft products do. It slowly deteriorates and randomly fails. First, it mysteriously stopped syncing with my computer.

Then, the alarm function on the calendar stopped working for no reason. It no longer hangs up reliably when the screen is in powered down mode. It crashes often enough that I have to remember to save data every time I do anything important. The software appears to have been designed by the microsoft desktop departement because there are sometimes three to five 'clicks' to get to the command you want, which makes navigating a nightmare on a handheld device. Often the button you want switches places from right to left depending on the screen, or isn't intuitively in a logical spot. The slide out keyboard has rounded buttons so your thumb may slide and hit the adjacent key, and the sensitivity of the keyboard is poor so typing with it has caused me to consider taking high blood pressure meds. Handwriting recognition randomly stops working until you turn it off and then on again.

There's more, but that's enough. You get the idea. I'm not ever buying anything microsoft or HTC product if I can help it. This review is the subjective opinion of the user and not of PhoneDog.com. The good: Easy to use. Nice sized touch screen.

Non collapsible stylus. Tilt feature is pretty cool. Nice sized qwerty buttons. The bad: Buttons are too flat.

Touch screen is laggy. Battery life is too short. Camera SUCKS.Summary: I got this phone as a hand me down and it still works great! It does have it faults but I can work with that.

I love that it is easy to text on. The Camera could definitely be better and have flash. Overall I am satisfied with this phone This review is the subjective opinion of the user and not of PhoneDog.com. The good: Tons of featuresThe bad: Tons of bugs! Dismal ATT support!

Summary: Enticed by unbelievable functionality and a promise that it can do everything causes you to instantly fall madly in love with this phone. Then just like Caroline did my freshman year, it rips your heart out and stomps it into the dust. These are the most buggy devices you ever had the misfortune of wasting $450 buying.

They even sometimes forget how to be a phone. Nothing works reliably enough for business use.The frequent malfunctions will drive you to ATT Support. Some memorable quotes from ATT support include: 'ATT does not make that phone.'

'Can't you get a driver from Radio Shack?' 'No you may not speak to my supervisor- I am as high as you can go.' Once you enter the telephone maze of ATT support, be prepared to be lost there for days-weeks. I was never whole again after Caroline.

If you manage to escape from the maze, you will never be whole again either. I loathe these things. This review is the subjective opinion of the user and not of PhoneDog.com. The good: I am a student and its perfect. I use the word on it to collect good songs on the radio and things like that.

Has more features than the iPhone as the person that said in AT&T and even compared it to the iPhone on the AT&T website. The bad: The battery life stinks but you can change the brightness so it can save more battery.Summary: I would recommend this to bussiness people, students, anyone actually people were telling me how its useless its only for business people and so on but i always use it. I don't like paying for the internet so the wifi comes in handy since i have wifi at my house and some places have free wifi such as hotels and restaurants. Its just AMAZING!
