Your tractor should do all right. For years my dad has run a NH 650 set on 4x5 with a 5600 Ford and it makes a good bale, pulls hard on steep hills and the tracotor may run a little warm. You wont have to worry about going so fast as to damage bale quality, you'll have to gear down some to keep from overheating. These balers have a hydraulic bale tension system and you can control how tight the hay is baled with it. I've got some rolled with my 650 (I liked Dad's so well I got one too) that the cows have to bite it off, cant pull it out.
